Tuition & Fees
(Effective - 06/01/08)

Registration Fee:
$40.00 1 child / $55.00 ( 2 or more children)
This is a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE and is due at the time of registration.
If your child withdrawals for one week or more for any reason, a new registration fee will be due upon return.
If your child is absent without payment and/or any notification for more than one (1) week they are considered
withdrawn, and one week's tuition plus a new registration fee is due before being admitted again.

Supply/Curriculum/Equipment Fee:
Fees are due and payable (3) times per year: January, June, and September.
The Fee is $38.00 per child

Fours & Pre-Kinder Books
The Book fee is $45.00, due August

Graduation Fee:
Graduation fee is $20.00, due April

Tuition:
Tuition is paid IN ADVANCE of the workweek - on Monday. On the check memo line provide the Child's
name and the week for which you are paying and make the checks payable to Kool Kids Learning Center.
There will be a late fee charged if the payment is received after Tuesday closing.
TUITION IS PAID REGARDLESS OF ABSENCES OR HOLIDAYS.

Full-Time Program:
Monday-Friday, Anytime from 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Includes: a.m. snack, lunch, and p.m. snack

* School Age: Add $ 15.00 for Holidays or Days off School
* Add a $ 6.00 a day charge for early dismissal days.
* Drop-ins: $ 7.00 per hour or $ 35.00 per day based on available openings.
( Child must be 2yrs. or older for drop-ins)

Summer Program and Part Week
(PART WEEK is not available for childeren under 2 years or school agers)

Financial

Late Pick-up Charges:
* After 6:00 p.m. add $1.00 for every minute per child. This must be paid in cash when the
child is picked up.

Late Payment Charge:
* This is $20.00 if your payment is late according to the established payment policy.

Returned Checks:
* A $35.00 charge for non-sufficient funds, closed account or to stop payment
* The fee is fully due and payable upon charge in cash or money order only.
* After the 2nd NSF Check, all payments must be by cash or money order.

2nd and 3rd Child Credit:
* Families with 2 full time children will receive a $5.00 credit for each week.
* Families with 2 part-week children will receive a $10.00 discount each month.
* Families with 3 or more children will need to speak with the Director regrading credit.

Vacation Credit:
* Children who have attended Kool Kids Learning Center for 6 months are eligible for an annual
vacation credit of 1/2 the tuition for one week.
* NOTE: Vacation requests are to be in writing and are to be submitted at least one week in advance
for Directors approval.
* Part-time students must be in attendance for 6 months to receive the part-week credit.
* Full-time students must be in attendance for 6 months at the full-time rate to receive full-week credit.
(If a full-time student has been part-time at any point in that 6 month period, then that student is
only eligible for the part-week credit.)
* Children who withdraw for the summer DO NOT qualify for Vacation Credit.

Withdrawal:
* Written notice must be submitted to the Director one business week prior to the withdrawal day.
* If this notice is not given accordingly, you are responsible to pay one weeks tuition upon withdrawal.

Rates are subjected to change without notification.
Rates are kept as low as possible, but can be affected by inflationary conditions.
